Life … is so stressful that girls need predictable ways to calm themselves. If they don’t have positive ways, such as exercise, reading, hobbies, or meditation, they will have negative ways, such as eating, drinking, drugs, or self-mutilation.

If I put a definition to feeling fat it would go something like this:

caught-in-a-day-dream:

Feeling fat is an itching in your skin, feeling like you are gaining weight by the second, feeling like the world is out to get you. You have a sensation in every skin cell, as if they are expanding and turning into excess weight that will accumulate on your body. you have the need to touch, look and feel every surface of your body. your eyes become blurred and you see that, in fact, you have put on weight.

feeling fat is a real physical feeling for me. I can feel it in my body.

I hope that medicine we call food will stay in your lovely body. :) Losing you is not an option.

Don’t you dare sneeze in eating disorder inpatient…

They will come running into your room, fling open the door and ask if you are okay. They automatically assume any non verbal noise coming from your mouth or face, with the door shut, is a purging attempt. I think I will start faking sneezes.

This is extremely entertaining.

caught-in-a-day-dream:

Most people go through the process of getting sick, then well. Its natural to want to feel good but that’s the thing with eating disorders, we forget how to feel good, we forget how to get well.

I love writing. I love the swirl and swing of words as they tangle with human emotions.

unfathomablemistake: I really think that you're absolutely perfect. And I miss you a lot. I know I already said that but I do. I hope everything is going well, or at least decent. <3

Thank you. Thinks aren’t peachy, that’s for sure.

I’m trying to figure out how to tell this guy that I don’t play for his team.

What do I say, ” I don’t eat meat?”

“I don’t frequent the sausage factory”

Or should I be a bit more blunt?
